Catering Menu

Thin Line BBQ offers convenient drop-off catering and full-service buffet catering for weddings, corporate events, parties, and special occasions.

Our full-service buffet option includes professional staff to set up, maintain, monitor, and restock the buffet throughout your event-ensuring a smooth and stress-free dining experience for your guests.

Full-Service Catering:

Includes setup, buffet monitoring, restocking, breakdown and cleanup.

$3 per person (minimum $250, includes up to 2 hours of buffet service)

Additional service time: $75 per hour

All catering packages are delivered hot, professionally set up, and ready to serve. Packages include your choice of BBQ sauce, chafing stands, chafing fuel, serving utensils, plates, cups, and flatware.

Portions are based on generous serving sizes of approximately 1/2 lb. of meat per guest.
